Sourdough scones make for a great breakfast or treat. Like a fluffy biscuit meets a not-too-sweet cookie with the benefits of sourdough fermentation. Flavors rotate seasonally, but let me know if you have a special request!
Base Recipe Ingredients: Unbleached Flour, Sourdough Starter, Butter, Cane Sugar, Organic Heavy Cream, Egg, Milk, Vanilla Extract, Baking Powder, Kosher Salt
Additional Mix-ins:
Chocolate Chip: Semisweet chocolate chips
Strawberry White Chocolate: White chocolate chips, freeze-dried strawberry powder + pieces
Cheddar Chive: Sharp cheddar cheese, fresh chives (no vanilla)
Blueberry Lemon: Dehydrated blueberries, fresh lemon juice, fresh lemon zest (no milk) *Not dairy free
Maple Pecan: Pure maple syrup, roasted pecan pieces
